Pick up from hotel lobby for Poring Hot Springs, which will take about 3 hours drive along the Crocker ridge passing through countryside, villages, mountain views and some roadside local stalls. A brief stop along the way for a photo shot of Mt Kinabalu (weather permit) and at one of the local stalls for local handicraft, some fruits and vegetable.

Arrived Poring, the best example of lowland rainforest on Sabah's west coast. Proceed for 'Tropical Garden' a man made garden that features the lowland tropical forest, flora, fauna, wild birds and the Orang utans.
Explore the forest on your way to the 'Canopy Walkway', through a 500m trek under forest Canopy to the starting point of a suspension bridge that connects from tree to tree at a length of 157m and 41m high from the ground. Test your balancing skills while enjoying a bird's eye view of the forest as you stroll along the walkway. Trek down to the hot spring based and your option for a brief visit to the Butterfly farm. If time permits, enjoy a bath at the Hot Sulphur pools. Lunch at Poring restaurant.
