

Borneo
Borneo, known to be the third largest island has some of the oldest Rainforest in the world. It is no doubt that it Rainforest is populated by strange and unique birds and of course inhabited by other species if wildlife. Based on the survey, there are about 580 or so species of birds recorded from Borneo and this has given the highlight that Borneo is one of the Bird watcher destination.
Kinabalu Park
Home to the Majestic Mount Kinabalu (4095.2m), the highest peak in South East Asia between the Himalayas and New Guinea. The vegetation which ranges from cloud forest to mountain forest and finally lowland forest has made Kinabalu Park as a premier spot for bird watching.
* A survey has indicated that, over half of Borneo species (290 or more) had been recorded in the areas.

AM. Pick up from hotel (Kota Kinabalu) and proceed 2 hours drive to Kinabalu Park HQ (1558m).
Birding.
Overnight at Twin bed cabin or similar.
